Warriors rookie Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad has made a desperate plea for help after the jersey he wore in his first NRL game was stolen last night when his car was pinched.

The 22-year-old took to social media today asking for any help after thieves robbed him of his car while it was in the Auckland suburb of Onehunga last night.

"Last night / early hours this morning our car was stolen," he wrote.

"It's a Mitsubishi Cedia, Grey (FQL 672) ands has some clothing in the boot along with my NRL Debut Jersey (due to us moving)."

However, Nicoll-Klokstad didn't seem as concerned about the car as he appealed more for his jersey than anything else.

"It's got my name and Warrior number (#218) embroidered on it so it can't be missed.

"A lot of goods can be replaced except this jersey so if you see or hear anything please don't hesitate to contact the police or DM me."

Heartbroken friends and team-mates such as Ata Hingano and Konrad Hurrell sent messages of support to Nicoll-Klokstad after he made his desperate plea.

"No good bro, hope you get it back," Hurrell said.

After playing through the Melbourne Storm's junior teams, Nicoll-Klokstad signed a two-year deal with the Warriors starting in the 2016 season.

The wing played all of 2016 in the Warriors' feeder squad in the Intrust Super Premiership, and got his chance to play for the senior outfit when he debuted against the Roosters in round 9 of the NRL this year.

The Warriors won that game at Mt Smart Stadium in April 13-12.
