A man in Australia jumped onto a stranger's car that was being towed, in a failed attempt to save "someone some money".
Earlier in the night Dave Puerta had his own car towed, 9 NEWS reported.
"They're just a bunch of cowboys, luckily I had my wits about me and hadn't been drinking and managed to hold on," he said.
"At the start I was like he's going to stop at any second now but he just kept going."

He said the was sitting on the bonnet while the car travelled for about 700 metres before he jumped off when the tow truck stopped at a red light.
The tow truck operator said the driver did not know Mr Puerta was on the car, and have given CCTV footage to police to prove it.
