North Korean diplomat urges US to take hydrogen bomb threat 'literally'

One North Korean official has reportedly issued a warning to the world that it should not take Kim Jong-un's nuclear threats as a bluff. 

North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho told American news network CNN the leader's inflammatory words should be taken 'literally'.

Last month, Pyongyang considered detonating a hydrogen bomb over the Pacific Ocean amid rising tensions with the US.
