Two children have been hit by a car that drove off in South Auckland.
The 13-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl were hit on Artillery Drive in Papakura about 5.40pm today, a police spokeswoman said.
Witnesses did not get a registration number but it is believed to be a silver car driven by a man.
One child had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
