Kaitaia social worker accused of sexually harassing teenage girl found not guilty

A senior worker for the Ministry of Social Development in Kaitaia who was accused of sexually harassing a 14-year-old girl has been found not guilty.

It took the jury just two hours to reach a majority verdict a following the four-day trial.

Around half a dozen family members were there supporting Mr Harrison when the verdicts were read out.
