Upper Hutt Library has shared their version of a librarian vs Kardashian photo after Invercargill Library's viral mock-photoshoot gained international attention earlier this week.
"Not to be outdone by Invercargill Library", Upper Hutt Library shared a photo this week of an "impromptu" photoshoot paying homage to Kim Kardashian's 2014 'Break the internet' Paper Magazine cover.
The library's marketing and communication coordinator Simon Hartman imitated the famous Kardashian's photo by posing in a rubbish bag dress, wearing football socks as gloves, holding a shaken bottle of L&P while balancing a plastic cup on his fake posterior.
The image shared to Facebook at Twitter, while not surpassing the 10,000 likes and nearly 5,000 shares Invercargill City Library's post on Facebook received, the feedback is still impressive.
Despite a wave of positive responses not all share the same view.
