A sex offender has snapped into a fit of rage during a Washington court proceeding, charging manically at a judicial assistant before being tackled to the ground.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Department posted security camera footage to their Facebook page of the man abruptly getting up from beside his lawyer and beginning his short rampage earlier this month in Tacoma, Washington.
The man was running towards a female court room assistant but is quickly tackled to the ground by a guard.
However, he does manage to drag a laptop off a desk and throw it to the ground.
A second guard then comes in and helps restrain the man.

No one was injured in the incident but there was $1400 (NZD) damage to the Pierce County court room.
