Thousands of protesting teachers in the Netherlands have vented their frustrations by performing a mass haka in the streets.
Dutch union Algemene Onderwijsbond posted the video of the teachers performing a haka to their Facebook page, saying they were "expressing frustration" with their working conditions.
Around 50,000 teachers had gathered in the Zuiderpark in The Hague last Thursday to protest for higher wages and better work conditions, The Dutch News reported.
When asked by a Facebook user why the teachers were performing the haka, the union replied: "The haka was meant to radiate aggression and anger.
"We strike, because we're angry."
The video has been viewed over 10,000 times.
